1. Revocable License: This ticket serves as a revocable license to the bearer and may be revoked at any time and for any reason.
2. Assumption of Risks: The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event(s) for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event(s) on land or in the water.
3. Release of Claims: The holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, artists, and all respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are released from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued.
4. Image Ownership: All images captured at Spice Addiction Entertainment events remain the sole property of Spice Addiction Entertainment LLC. The final usage of images is determined by Spice Addiction Entertainment. No images shall be published on other webpages or in print media without express permission.
5. Sharing on Social Media: Photos and content from Spice Addiction Entertainment events can be shared on social media platforms. However, the Spice Addiction Entertainment brand must be credited and tagged when applicable. Non-compliance with intellectual property terms may result in refusal of future business.
6. Weather Disclaimer: All tickets are purchased at the risk of inclement weather.
7. Event Details: Time, date, and location of the event(s) are subject to change. This ticket will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
8. Non-refundable Ticket: This is a one-time purchase nonrefundable ticket. Purchasers willingly forfeit all rights to request a refund under any circumstances once the purchase transaction is concluded.
9. Intensity of Experience: Spice Addiction Entertainment is not responsible for the intensity of fun or lack thereof experienced by attendees.
10. Lost or Stolen: Management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event.
11. Reseller Purchases: Purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers is done at the sole risk of both the buyer and the reseller. Spice Addiction Entertainment LLC is not liable for any issues arising from tickets purchased through resellers, including but not limited to counterfeit tickets, invalid entry, or refusal of admission. Buyers are encouraged to purchase tickets only through authorized channels.
12. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for any reason will result in the ticket holder being blacklisted from all future Spice Addiction Entertainment events. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to resolve any disputes directly with Spice Addiction Entertainment LLC and waives the right to initiate a chargeback.
